Chaneé Jackson Kendall
Chaneé 3.jpg

Many people arrive at non-monogamy by accident, or as the end of a pattern of exploration. This workshop provides an overview of the Intentional Polyamory framework—created to support individuals in building polyamorous relationships rooted in self-awareness, communication, and liberation. You’ll learn about the four pillars of Intentional Polyamory and how these core principles guide individuals in creating fulfilling and sustainable non-monogamous relationships. Through this session, we’ll explore why Intentional Polyamory was developed as a transformative and liberatory approach to love, focusing on autonomy, emotional resilience, and decolonizing relationship norms.

Chaneé has been on our podcast before on
Episode 306 and you can also learn more about her work on her linktree.

Releasing the Fear of Abandonment: A Somatic Approach
Orit Krug

Do you fear abandonment no matter how much your partner assures you that they won't leave? Do you wish to feel settled and truly enjoy your relationships without worrying that it won't last? Most people try to heal their abandonment wounds with cognitive techniques such as traditional therapy, journaling, and other mind-based strategies. Words and thoughts are often not enough to fully shift abandonment fears. The latest trauma research shows that the most effective way to heal abandonment trauma is through an embodied, somatic approach. In this somatic therapy-style workshop, you'll be gently and safely guided to engage your body in a process to start feeling some of the embodied shifts that are necessary to truly heal abandonment wounds. No previous somatic therapy experience is required.

Orit Krug MS, BC-DMT, LCAT is an award-winning Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Orit runs international retreats to help individuals, couples & polycules expand their capacity for self-love and intimacy in relationships by processing past trauma stored in the body. Orit is polyamorous, partnered, and a parent to a toddler.

The Role of Somatic Attachment in Relational Repair
David Cooley
David Cooley.jpg

When conflict arises, our nervous systems instinctively search for cues of safety and connection–but too often, unmet attachment needs and nervous system dysregulation get in the way. Without understanding what our bodies are truly longing for in these moments of relational distress, repair attempts can fall flat, leaving us feeling even more disconnected. This presentation dives into four key attachment needs that are essential for creating a somatic sense of safety and security. We’ll explore the practical tools for showing up with warmth, curiosity, and emotional attunement when it matters most and learn how to turn moments of disconnection into opportunities for deeper trust, intimacy, and relational resilience.

David Cooley is a professional Restorative Justice facilitator, diversity and privilege awareness trainer, and bilingual cultural broker. He is the creator of the Restorative Relationship Conversations model, a process that transforms interpersonal conflict into deeper connection, intimacy and repair. In his private practice, David specializes in working with people in intimate relationships, including non-monogamous and LGBTQ partnerships, incorporating a variety of modalities including trauma-informed care, attachment theory, somatic practices, narrative theory, and mindfulness-based techniques.
